SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs vary depending on the items that are in your cart. You can view your shipping costs before you proceed to purchase.  From time to time we offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to sign up for our newsletter as our sales are announced via our newsletter and social media pages.

Orders take 4  business days to process, package, and ship your order. All items in your order are made-to-order, meaning we produce your items specifically for you when you order. We do not hold excess inventory or stock.

 

Please allow up to one week for your items to ship and 3-7 additional days transit time (from the day it ships) for delivery.

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number (for US orders).

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS REFUNDS.  ​Please be sure to check your size before ordering or send us an email for questions.

If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same product in the same size.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  An email will be sent to you to verify that your package is on its way back to you.

All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory.  We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and/or have shipped.
